Disabled Taxi Drop-off/Pick-up: An accessible taxi can drop off and pick up visitors at the accessible entrance. The address for ordering a taxi is Eskelininkatu 5, Turku. The venue has a spacious elevator.

Cloakroom (Narikka): The event's paid cloakroom is located on the ground floor of the venue.

Restrooms (WC): An accessible restroom (inva-WC) is available on the ground floor.

Assistants/Accompanying Persons: An assistant accompanying a visitor who requires assistance due to their health condition is granted free entry. This can be verified upon arrival at the event, for example, with an assistant pass. The person requiring an assistant must purchase an assistant ticket in advance (this ticket grants entry for two people and is the same price as a standard ticket).

Participants (Artists, Performers, Organizers, etc.), Artist alley vendors (Taidekujalaiset), program hosts (ohjelmapitäjät), and others involved in organizing the event should ideally inform us of their assistant's details when registering themselves. This ensures the assistant can be factored into event planning, such as staff meals and badges. The assistant will also have access to the green room for meals in this case.
