A visitor who requires an assistant due to their health condition is granted free entry for their companion. This can be verified upon arrival at the event, for example with an assistant card/pass. The visitor requiring an assistant must purchase an advance Assistant Ticket, which is the same price as a single-person ticket and grants admission for two people.
We reserve the right to price changes
Artist Alley vendors and Flea Market vendors have the opportunity to purchase a ticket at a lower price when securing their table space. For business vendors and artisans, admission is included in the price of the table. Organizations and event table holders will be offered 1–3 admission tickets by the event organizers. Program presenters, staff/volunteers (vänkärit), marketing team members, and the organizing committee (conitea) receive free admission as a thank you for their work for the event.

Ticket Cancellation Terms and Instructions
If the event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded to the buyer.
Other costs related to purchasing the ticket, such as Biletti’s service fee (€2/ticket), will not be refunded.
€10 will be deducted from the refund price of a Sponsor Ticket as a fee paid to the selected artist for the illustration work. (Double Sponsor -€20, Triple Sponsor -€30)
If a visitor cancels their attendance, for example due to illness, they will receive a refund upon presenting the unused ticket code (QR), ticket, or wristband. Ticket refunds must be requested before the event begins by emailing ticket sales: lipunmyyntiporrocon[a]gmail.com
To cancel a ticket purchased via Biletti, the QR code contained in the ticket must be sent to the ticket sales email, either as the original ticket file or a screenshot of the QR code. This allows us to read the code and invalidate the ticket. For Early Bird tickets, the payment reference and the name of the purchaser are sufficient.
The cancellation message must also include the bank account number in IBAN format, along with the account holder's first and last name.
When cancelling, a valid reason for cancellation, such as illness, must be stated.
