The Vendor Applications for Furry Friday are now open! Due to the positive experience from our previous event, we are combining all types of vendor application types (artisans, artists, businesses, second hand sellers, organizations and event organizers) into a single submission form.
Furry Friday
Furry Friday's table spots cost +€15 for vendors who sell in Pörröcon Royals and for other €25 per table or 1,5x2m space. If you will be hosting a program, you receive a 50% discount for your table spot.
Societies and event organizers participating in Pörröcon Royals will get their table spots free of charge, for others a table spot will be €10 and +€5 for additional tables.
Vendors will have an access to our event's break area and there will be also coffee, tea and some snacks (with special dietary needs and allergies taken into the account) in close vicinity to their tables.
We will review and select all suitable vendors for Furry Friday in the order of received application submissions. Selected applicants will be notified and their participation confirmed within two weeks of sending the application. Please submit your application by May 4, 2026.
If you will be hosting a program, you get A free table at Furry Friday OR a horizontal A6 ad in the Pörröcon program booklet.
Terms
Tables for Pörröcon Royals and Furry Friday should be paid until May 5th, otherwise the unpaid spots will be considered cancelled. Reservation is binding until we receive the payment. We will send a reminder to those who have yet to pay for their table spot.
You have rights to cancel your table, in which case we will issue a full refund if it has been already paid, and provided that the cancellation is made over 2 hours before start of the event. (Furry Friday, May 15th, before 11:00AM and Pörröcon Royals, May 16th, before 10:00AM).
For all cancellations that were done under 2 hours, we will refund 50% of the table price.
Table spots that weren't cancelled in time or are cancelled after the event will not be refunded.
We accept payment from within SEPA area. The vendor arriving from outside of SEPA area can pay for their table reservation upon arrival at the venue.
